Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

For weddings outside our local area (Nelspruit), travel is charged at a rough rate of R5.50 per km (2026) to and from the venue, with accommodation arranged ahead of time for one or two nights, depending on distance and timing. We’ll always communicate this clearly so there are no surprises.

2. How long should we expect to wait for our photos & video?

Sneak peeks are delivered within 5 days after your wedding, followed by a sneak preview of around 100–200 photos within 3-4 weeks.


Your full gallery and final videos are then completed within 10–12 weeks, allowing every detail to be carefully edited and perfected before delivery.

3. Do you help with outfits and location planning for engagement sessions?

Absolutely. You’ll get access to my location + prep guide for Nelspruit

area, plus I’m always here to answer any other questions or ideas you

might have around the engagement session.

4. What do we need to do to secure our booking?

The process is simple,


1. Fill out our contact form

It’s super quick and easy, just the basics so we can check availability.


2. Choose your package

Once you’ve decided, I’ll send through a detailed quote with everything clearly laid out.


3. Pay a 25% deposit

This secures your date officially. The remaining balance can be paid whenever you’d like, we don’t enforce payment schedules before the wedding day.


4. You’re booked! Yay 🎉

From there, I’ll guide you through timelines, engagement sessions, and any other questions you have along the way.

5. Most importantly, do you backup our photos?

I shoot on dual-slot cameras, which means every image is recorded to two memory cards at the same time. After your wedding, your files are backed up twice at home and kept securely until your final gallery is delivered to you.
